Learn to meditate, or deepen your existing practice over 10 pre-recorded mindfulness lessons and meditations.
Lessons include tools and practices for dealing with anxiety, emotional empowerment, mental wellness, and sleep hygiene.
Receive 10 email reminders to stay on track.
Optional daily self-check ins and self-care practices for nervous system regulation so that you can access more restorative sleep, decrease inflammation, and generally feel less stressed.
5 participants will be chosen at random to win a prize ($100 in value)! All you have to do to be in the running is complete the 10 audio lessons and meditations by August 30th.
