Do you ever feel disconnected from or ashamed of your body, especially sexualized body parts?
Do you sometimes feel uncomfortable talking about or embracing your innate sexuality?
Do you ever find yourself putting everything and everyone before your pleasure?
This breathwork practice can help! Here's how...
Learn to Embrace Your Erotic Self
Most of us have been taught to judge our bodies for how they look. We were not been taught to love and live in our bodies.
And on top of that, we've received messages that our genitals are dirty and, in most spaces, our arousal is unwelcome. This can cause us to dissociate from and feel ashamed of sexualized body parts and our desires.
Part of loving and embodying your body and sexuality is feeling sensations, pleasure and arousal — and not just during sex! — which is what this breathwork practice will help you do.
When you learn how to feel the pleasure that is available to you through your body — and shift your focus onto that versus judging yourself for not being the "right" shape, size, etc. — you'll develop a more loving, accepting and pleasure-centric experience, not only in your body, but in intimacy and day to day life.

On a healing journey? Me too!
If you're like me, you've tried lots of different healing modalities. But have you ever noticed that most breathwork and healing practices stop at the belly, ignoring the pelvic floor and genitals?
The fact that most healing work does not incorporate sexuality perpetuates dissociation from this incredible, pleasurable and important part of you.
Not here! In this practice, you'll learn how to gently integrate your genitals and sexuality into the rest of you, starting with your breath.
My sexual healing journey has been so powerful, and this practice has been a pivotal part of it. I'm excited to teach it to you!
